Description of Work

TECO was engaged by the National Council for Higher Education (NCHE) to provide design and supervision of construction of the annex building for the future NCHE offices at Kyambogo, Kampala. The team comprised an Architect, Structural Engineer, Electrical Engineer, Mechanical Engineer and Surveyor. Services included feasibility study, detailed architectural and engineering designs, BOQs and tender documentation, and construction supervision.
